We are pleased to announce the merger of two fine companies, Preferred, LLC and Jim Francher, Inc. (JFI). With the merger, we have become Preferred Commercial and Industrial Services, LLC.

Preferred, LLC is a Cleveland, Ohio based company, specializing in industrial painting, roofing, and industrial and commercial floor coatings. I was the Vice-President of their Indiana Painting Division in the 1980’s and 1990’s before venturing off to form my own company. Recently, we have decided to join forces again, and will continue to offer commercial and industrial painting services to the Central Florida area. The merger makes us larger, stronger, and very stable financially.

I moved to Brevard County in January of 2003. It did not take long to realize that there was a very low level of expectation for contractors in this area. I quickly came to the realization that if we had a company that was service oriented, and actually did what they said they were going to do, providing a quality product at a fair price, that we could be very successful in the area. Nearly all of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals.

We excel in all types of painting. New construction, multi-family, commercial offices and retail, commercial and multi-family remedial painting, and single family homes. We pride ourselves on bringing a level of professionalism and integrity that is second to none.
